Hi, and welcome to your 60 second coffee break break. I'm Chris Dabbs and this is episode seven.

Apparently each of us consumes 35 crisp sandwiches a year with cheese and ready, salted crisps a favourite.

How much time do you spend surfing the web? We apparently waste 22 years, one month and four days online. That works out to 59 hours online in a single week, which is more than two full days.

Talking of the internet, according to a recent poll, the internet is now involved in almost half of our top 20 hobbies. As we ditch old, conventional pastimes like stamp collecting and trainspotting, Facebooking, blogging, video gaming, bargain hunting, and internet dating have all grown in popularity.

And finally, one of the easiest ways to reduce your stress levels is to go food shopping.
