Hi and welcome to your 60 Second Coffee Break!

I'm Chris Dabbs and this is episode 36!

In a UK survey, 69 per cent of us voted the Chocolate Digestive as our favourite biscuit in 2020. This was followed closely by the Shortbread at 61 per cent and Chocolate Fingers at 58 per cent.

And did you know that one of the earliest Mars Bars was pineapple flavoured! Needless to say, it flopped.

Way back in 1688, William of Orange banned the import of foreign brandy to England. So, some clever people decided to make fake juniper brandy. Which we now know as...Gin!

And finally...what did the digital clock say to the grandfather clock?
